25 years of research. 15,000+ lives impacted.
Pioneering ethical AI for safer online spaces.
My path to founding Felixa began 21 years ago. My doctorate, earned with highest distinction, focused on how understanding people through their stories rather than stereotypes increases empathy, fosters prosocial behavior, and transforms negative behaviors at both the conscious and subconscious levels. Back then, I didn't know that this discovery would one day become the foundation for Felixa's mission.
After moving to Canada, I became a school psychologist and have supported more than 15,000 young people through their emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. Over time, I noticed these problems becoming increasingly present in online environments, especially within gaming communities.
Today at Felixa, I'm applying two decades of insights to online toxicity across gaming and social media platforms, transforming digital communities through psychology-grounded AI.
25 years of research bridging psychology, technology, and human behavior. Keynotes and workshops on digital well-being, youth mental health, ethical AI, and gaming toxicity.
